Empowering Professionals & Inspiring Change

Addiction Training Rooted in Science, Experience, and Heart

Jeff is a nationally respected trainer known for engaging healthcare professionals through his deep clinical expertise, innovative approach and personal touch. He developed the Biological, Psychological, Social, Spiritual, and Experiential Model (BPSSEM), a multidimensional framework supported by neuroscience and psychological research, effectively guiding individuals toward sustained recovery.

Jeff’s training helps clinicians understand addiction as a chronic disease, addressing shame, stigma, and misinformation to enhance patient support. Together with his wife Becky, he refined the Modified Interpersonal Group Psychotherapy (MIGP), successfully training hundreds of clinicians to improve clinical outcomes, increase job satisfaction, and foster supportive communities of practice.

For Those Ready to Rethink Addiction and Recovery
